At TLC, we recognize that tutoring is more than just an hour or two of teaching a week. It is about the rapport that develops between a tutor and his or her student, about the pride each student takes in the progress made, and about the personal attention that comes from working outside of a pre-set curriculum.

Whether your child is attending TLC for support in a challenging subject or enrichment in any area, our tutors will coordinate with parents, classroom teachers, and/or learning support staff to develop a unique program. Through communication logs, emails and progress reports, you will see exactly what your child is doing, where progress has been made, and where additional support may be needed.

At The Learning Center, tutors take the time to get to know their students as individuals and to recognize that each student takes a different approach. As one parent put it, “My child thanked me for sending him to TLC.” We hope your child will too.
