We understand and appreciate that it can be difficult to come into the center after a long day at school and in light of traffic and transportation issues; however it is impossible for tutors to leave the center for any of their classes. Tutoring takes place in blocks of time, generally between 4 and 8 p.m. on weekdays and 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekends and the tutors need to work with a new student as soon as the previous student's class has ended. This precludes the tutor from traveling to and from a student's house. As more centers open up in other parts of the city, we hope that transportation will become easier for our clients.
