What if I have a problem with the tutor? E-mail

Rapport between a tutor and his or her student is essential to success, but it often takes several lessons to develop this intricate relationship. If you are concerned about the tutor assigned to your child, we ask that you allow a minimum of two lessons to see if the situation improves in your eyes. If, after having completed two full lessons, you still feel that the tutor assigned to your child fails to suit his or needs, we will make every effort to find a tutor who better matches your child. It is our goal to provide the best match for students and tutors. If you feel that it is an issue regarding the actual content or quality of the tutoring given, we respectfully ask you to let us know as soon as possible so that we can address any possible concerns. Parents who do switch tutors will be asked to complete a short transfer form to assist us in ensuring the best possible quality in content and delivery for the future.
