Students are automatically offered twice the number of their weekly class hours in credits per term. (See The Policies and Fees Packet for more details). If this number has been exceeded, the student will receive a packet of information and materials in the case of a missed class. Students need to tell the office, not the tutor, about a missed class. Please note that it is the parent's responsibility to inform the office at least three hours in advance of a missed class to receive a packet or credit. The tutors are extremely busy with their lesson planning and in class work and cannot be expected to cover administrative work as well.
