Students are allowed make-up classes or credits for missed classes as long as the center is notified at least 3 hours before a class is scheduled to begin. We strongly recommend that parents notify the center by telephone (8046-3886) during office hours whenever possible. We cannot guarantee that an email or text message to an office employee will be received. If we do not confirm receipt of an email or text message, it should be assumed that it was not received and the credit or make-up class will not be offered. Students who are not TLC members are allowed a maximum number of credits or make-up classes per term equal to twice the number of classes they attend per week/per subject. In other words, if a student attends one English class and one math class, he or she will be allowed a maximum of two English credits and two math credits per term. There are three terms per academic year. Terms are listed in the Policies and Fees Packet and can also be obtained from the office.

Students attending 2:1 or 3:1 classes may only receive credits for future classes equal to the amount paid for the 3:1 or 2:1 class. Make-up classes are not available due to scheduling difficulties.

Students who have exceeded the maximum number of credits and/or make-up classes available for the term will be offered a packet of relevant materials if notice is given at least 3 hours in advance.

We regret to inform you that neither make-up classes nor credits are offered for students attending group workshops.
