Scheduling for private tutoring is often quite tight and if you wish to book a particular time on the schedule, it will not be possible to "pay as you go" or pay for only one class at first, however, if you are not concerned about the timing and wish to try our services, you are of course welcome to book one time within a 72-hour period to try a tutor. Please be advised that we will hold that time for the one class only and it may be offered to another student who wishes to book multiple lessons for the future.

If, after paying for a full month, you feel that the tutor does not suit your child’s needs, we are happy to discuss the possibility of switching to another available tutor. We do ask that you complete a short transfer form or meet with us to discuss your concerns in that case, so that we can ensure better service in the future.

We do offer a money back guarantee on all of our workshops. Students who enroll in and pay for a full term of a class they are attending for the first time will receive a full refund if they are dissatisfied after the first full class. We do ask that parents complete a short refund form explaining the reason for withdrawal. This offer is only available to students who are paid in full, have never attended the class before, and withdraw before the second class of the workshop.
